Dear Fairmount Park Families,

It was a wonderful week at FPE as we wrapped up the month of February and celebrated our Attendance Spirit Week!

We are proud to share that:
⭐ Three of our 5th grade students were recognized at the Vyrle Davis Awards Ceremony
🦅 We now have 17 fifth graders who have earned Falcon Elite status
🎶 Thursday night’s Black History Celebration was a beautiful showcase of culture and talent through student artwork, writing, and an outstanding music performance

🎨 In addition, the Dali Art Mobile will be on campus through March 4th, giving all of our students a special hands-on art experience during their Art classes!

Don’t Miss This Thursday!

Our Family March Madness STEM Night takes place this Thursday starting at 5:00 PM!  There will be basketball-themed games, hands-on science challenges, raffles and prizes, the Book Fair and Food!

We hope to see all of our families there!   Students must be accompanied by an adult.

🧮 Multiplication Competition Coming Soon!

Toward the end of March, our district will host a Multiplication Math Facts Competition.
If you have a 4th or 5th grader, now is the perfect time to begin practicing multiplication facts at home so your child can be considered for the Fairmount Park Team!

We have two more weeks before Spring Break, and every day of learning matters.

Please help us by ensuring students arrive:
✔️ On time
✔️ In uniform
✔️ Ready to learn

Your partnership makes a difference in your child’s success.

Thank you for your continued support of Fairmount Park Elementary! 💙
